Support Worker – Restraint Trained

Enhanced Healthcare is a specialist health and social care provider operating across North Wales and the Northwest of England, and we are currently seeking passionate and experienced Mental Health Support Workers to join our team.

If you have at least 6 months of experience working in a health and social care setting in the UK, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. We work with clients who specialise in supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health needs in Supported Living, Residential Care, and Independent Hospitals.

About the Role: You’ll be providing outcome-based care and support to individuals with complex needs, helping them prepare for life in the community when appropriate. Experience in supporting people with behaviours that challenge is essential along with CPI/Mapa training or equivilant.

Due to the rural location of some of our clients, being a driver is essential, and you must live within a one-hour radius of our service locations.

What We Offer:

  • Hourly rates from £14.24 – £26.90 depending on the shift you work
  • Weekly pay
  • Holiday pay accrued on top of your earnings
  • Refer-a-friend bonus – earn £250 per Healthcare Support Worker and £500 per Nurse referral
  • Flexible working – full-time or part-time, days or nights, you choose your hours

Why Join Enhanced Healthcare?

  • Respectful work-life balance – provide your availability in advance and we won’t chase you for shifts on your days off
  • Flexible bookings – a great mix of advance bookings and last-minute assignments
  • Training & Development – structured mandatory training with industry-leading professionals, plus opportunities for bespoke professional development through our Enhanced Skills Academy
  • Supportive Team Environment – enjoy a social workplace with regular team events, competitions, and incentives
  • 24/7 Support – a dedicated consultant to help you get the work you want and an app to manage your availability, shifts, and timesheets

Additional Benefits:

  • DBS refund after completing 250 hours of work
  • Free uniforms
  • Unrivalled support from industry experts
  • Regular recognition and rewards, including gifts, trips, and vouchers

About You:

  • At least 6 months of experience in a similar role
  • CPI or Mapa training or equivalent certificate
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding care and support
  • Driver due to the rural locations of the services
